About Sandy Jeffels, MSW/RSW
Sandy uses warmth, empathy, and humour to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
After incorporating your goals, Sandy uses evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help to create an individualized plan to support you to reduce anxiety, build personal confidence, and increase your well-being and resiliency.
Sandy holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Toronto and is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (846316) and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Sandy has a special interest in counselling those with:
Anxiety/Depression
Medical Phobia/Trauma
Infertility, Pregnancy Loss, Postpartum
Chronic Illness
Caregivers of Individuals with Chronic or Palliative Illness
Parents of Children with Developmental Delays

Office hours are from Tuesday to Thursday from 8:30am to 3:00pm. Parking is free and the office is wheelchair accessible. All calls and emails will be returned within 1-2 business days.
